Ciao Italy ToursReviews of ciaoitalytours.com

My absolute go-to for custom Italy trips for all of my clients. Responsive team, high-quality tours, and a sense of partnership all the way

Our Italy trip was an amazing experience. Ciao Italy tours when above and beyond in making this trip a memorable and fun time. From the hotels which were perfectly situated to main attractions and dining and shopping. They also made visiting attractions very simplified, and the tour guides were amazing. Thank you

I had the pleasure of working with Melissa from CIAO ITALY on planning a client’s trip to Italy. She was fantastic! My clients had the best time and are already interested in booking another adventure. Thank you!

Dear Ciao Italy, We had the most amazing time in Italy! From the moment we stepped off the plane, everything was seamless—a chauffeur was waiting with a sign to greet us, which set the tone for the entire trip. From a stunning sunset golf cart tour through Rome, to wine tasting and pizza-making experiences, to exploring the Cathedral and the Colosseum, every moment was unforgettable. We loved the gondola rides in Venice and touring the beautiful city of Florence—each destination was more breathtaking than the last. This truly was a trip of a lifetime. From the incredible food to the beautiful hotels and outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. Ciao Italy did an exceptional job planning every detail. We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning our next trip to Southern Italy this August—and we wouldn’t think of traveling with anyone other than Ciao Italy. Thank you for everything! Debra and Leonard D’Amato

The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and we are very glad we did tours vs going on our own.

I just came back from a trip to Milan, Bologna, Verona and Lake Como. Viviane Gringer along with Ciao Italy Tours made an amazing trip for the 4 of us. Everything from our food tasting tour to our walking tour with Sara Brambilla in Verona was top notch. the hotels you chose were all centrally located and gave us excellent service. Thank you thank you. I will definitely refer you to all my friends!!

Rome is spectacular!! St Peter's Basilica is a must see. The only problem was the tour was not long enough for my family. There is just so much to ponder and view. We understand that there is a time frame but there just wasn't enough time to look and review all the Magnificent beauty! Christmas eve mass was a breathtaking experience with the Pope and others! If we had additional time, we would go back to experience not only the same pieces of art but even more that we were not able to review and reflect on.

Our trip to Italy was a trip of a lifetime! We arrived on Christmas Day, and it was such a special time to be in Rome. We stayed at the Palazzo Navona Hotel. We were centrally located near most of the monuments. They were only minutes away, and we felt completely safe. We rented a car to go visit family a few hours away from Rome, and the rental was seamless. All the tours we did were very personalized for the four of us. Each guide spoke very good English, were quite knowledgeable of the history of each site, and took the time to answer all our questions. When we return to Rome, we will DEFINITELY use Ciao Italy Tours again!
