The people were great. The only thing that upset me was that there were a couple times where I had already submitted documents through the portal, to then be asked for the same documents again. At one point I even took a screenshot to show the representative that I had submitted something, but they were still not able to find it. Overall great experience but the document submission process needs some work to avoid redundancy.

Great Service! We had tried two other large mortgage providers, (you have seen one's add for sure). Because of some issues with re-financing, neither was able to help me at a reasonably rate. Churchill was able to get my re-finance done at a great rate, saved over 1 Point on my loan. Significant amount of money saved. My new loan will pay off 5 years before my old loan. They did a great job, and they will for you also.
