Painless Process
We must say this was an almost painless move (any pain was NOT caused by Churchill; but is any move truly painless?). Churchill Mortgage was quick to provide our Pre-Approval Letter. Once we actually decided on the house we wanted, everything went quickly & smooth; no bumps in the road. We made this purchase b/c kids are on their own & we were ready to downsize. We have no plans of moving again (God laughs at our plans!) but if we did, we would use Churchill Mortgage. We will definitely be recommending Churchill Mortgage to our family & friends. This was very easy process never had to leave my house paper work done online and notary came to house to sign closing documents, would highly recommend Churchill mortgage to anyone needing a mortgage or refinancing.
