Very nice thank you

The whole process was really great, overall. I didn't really have any unanswered questions or anything. I think I had to press a little bit to get an answer from time to time, but I also bought a house during the hottest real estate market time in our lives so there's that. The main downside came after everything was done: I have been borderline harassed with mail that seems to be from Churchill, basically telling my that I hate my family to the 1,000th prior generation if I don't get some kind of mortgage insurance policy to pay the house off if something happens to me. It is possible that all of this is not connected with Churchill and is just part of the madness when you buy a house and that information becomes public, but I have probably received 35-50 things about it. It is ridiculous. So that is the only downside that stands out to me :)

Good mortgage company. This is my first time owning my own home and I really appreciate all the work they did to help me get my condo. They got me a really good rate. They also have online tools that tell you at a certain point how much your home is worth and how much you have invested in your home. I love to see those numbers going up! I only wish I could see how the amoritization schedule changes if I make an additional payment or see every month how much principal I am paying/have paid on line.

Great experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to not a super quick turnaround time in phone calls, but I also understand how busy they are. The follow up after the closing of our mortgage has also been excellent.

Representative was great. Friendly and professional. Quickly answered my question. If the correspondence I received was more clear, I would have not had to make the call.

The people were great. The only thing that upset me was that there were a couple times where I had already submitted documents through the portal, to then be asked for the same documents again. At one point I even took a screenshot to show the representative that I had submitted something, but they were still not able to find it. Overall great experience but the document submission process needs some work to avoid redundancy.
