The agent Joe Thompson who handled the transaction was very nice, and he was helpful. But overall this is no more than another mortgage originator. Our credit scores are excellent. On the basis of Dave Ramsey‘s recommendation I left another company for Churchill. As soon as they completed the origination they sold our mortgage. Won’t be doing business with them again.
