If you look at our website it is hard to miss that we are a Christian membership club that charges $19.95 per month. With the club perks you get wholesale pricing up to 90% off our products as well as access to ebooks, prayer groups, live devotionals and other community features through an app. We require all members to agree to the membership and follow all new members up with a welcome sequence about their new benefits and how to access the amazing features. We wouldn’t be able to provide the value we do without our small membership fee that can be cancelled at anytime by simply calling, texting or emailing us. Dear Teri, Thank you for promptly providing the details we needed for your order. We've gone ahead and canceled your order and membership, and we've processed refunds for both. It might take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to show up in your account. I understand waiting for our in-house made t-shirts can be frustrating. While we do our best to get them out as quickly as possible, being a smaller operation based in the USA means we don't offer next-day delivery like larger corporations. Regarding our membership, we are very clear and upfront about it. We mention it on every page of our website, make all new members agree to it before they can purchase from us, and we send out welcome emails to new members explaining the benefits. Just like companies such as Costco or Amazon Prime, our membership fees help us keep our prices low. Our customer support team is here to help and typically responds within 24 hours on weekdays. We're committed to finding solutions that work for everyone. We've refunded your money to make things right.
