I did receive ok. My apologies. They were still in my daughters mailbox. They are very pretty. Materials seem pretty average but not for the price. They are still quite pretty. Thank you

No problem at all! We're glad to hear that you received the shirts and find them pretty, though we're sorry to hear that you found the materials to be average for the price. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we'll take it into consideration to ensure we continue to improve our products and service. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing our products!

I agree with the other customers that these torches started happening without my knowledge and permission, never use this company, very deceptive, shame on you
Response from ChristiandivinityApr 29, 2024
Elina, We disagree with this response. We are very clear about the membership as it is posted on every single page of the website and we require all members to agree to the membership before they can purchase from us. Additionally, we send a content card in every order highlighting the membership benefits and we send dozens of emails and sms messages to our members highlighting the membership. We would not be able to donate bibles to those throughout the world and provide wholesale pricing up to 90% off without charging our membership fee. If you need help with an order or would like further clarification regarding our company please contact us directly.

Wife tried to buy a necklace. It never came. Then they started charging $19.95 a month. Had to have our credit card company put a stop pay on Christian Divinity and order new cards. SCAM COMPANY!!

Hi Glenn, This review is not based on a genuine experience as we have no recollection of you ordering from us. Additionally, it is clearly posted on every single page of our website that we are a members-only community and we force all new customers to agree to the membership before they can purchase from us. We would not be able to provide our amazing members with such tremendous value without charging a membership fee that can be canceled at any time. We are saddened by your response because you have never ordered from us and have made bold claims that are untrue. We wish you the best and hope that if you ever choose to order from us you contact us directly.

This was an AWFUL experience! I ordered a necklace and ended up being charged an extra $19.95 a few days after for a membership that I knew nothing about. They tell you that it’s on the website and receipt but it’s not. You don’t even get an email with the extra charge. It was never mentioned before or after the charge. Canceling the membership was extremely difficult. In addition, I never even received the necklace and have been calling, texting, and emailed nonstop trying to find out what happened to the package that was supposed to be here over two weeks ago. They eventually agreed to send me another necklace because I never got the first one, but only after two weeks of nagging on them and saying I would be leaving a review. Frustrating.

We find this review very disheartening. After reviewing the communication between you and our customer service team we found that not only was your initial order delivered, we processed another order for you completely free of charge and canceled your membership the day you inquired. Additionally, you can see on every single page of our website that we are a members-only company that provides 70-90% off all our amazing products as well as live devotionals, eBooks and hosted prayer groups oriented around helping women grow their faith. We require every single member to agree to this before they are abe to purchase from us and would not be able to afford to sell products for so cheap without the membership fee that can be canceled anytime. Once again, considering we sent you another piece of jewelry and canceled your membership upon your first inquiry we disagree with your response and review. In the future, if you need any help please contact us directly.

This group has been VERY DECEPTIVE to this point. Wife bought shirts for a ministry group. She didn't know she joined a club. No response from their online form. No response from text message (as per their website). No response from a phone call - rolls directly to music. Post Reply: The receipt says subscription: "free." The "confirmation email" was never opened - NEVER OPTED IN. Getting out of this subscription proves to be impossible. No one answers the phone. Text messages go without response. Emails have not had responses. "Deceptive" is a polite word. These practices would not be tolerated by pagans. Embarrassing.

James, While we understand you are frustrated we strongly disagree with your review and find it misleading. After reviewing your inquires we found responses to all of them within a 60 minute period. Additionally you were refunded already for the membership. If you look at our website it is hard to miss that we are a Christian membership club that charges $19.95 per month. With the club perks you get wholesale pricing up to 90% off our products as well as access to ebooks, prayer groups, live devotionals and other community features through an app. We require all members to agree to the membership and follow all new members up with a welcome sequence about their new benefits and how to access the amazing features. We wouldn’t be able to provide the value we do without our small membership fee that can be cancelled at anytime by simply calling, texting or emailing us. We are sorry you feel mislead, but we are very clear about our terms. Please contact us directly if you have anything we can help you with.

Hi, Thanks so much for your amazing review! If there is ever anything we can do please just let us know. :)

After paying for two t-shirts on their website they charged my credit card for another 19.95 which was not authorized and i wasnt aware of. I reported this to my cc company as fraud. I will be more savvy in the future with this type of online order and read all the content. I simply wanted two t-shirts for my mom not a subscription. My bad!

Hi Sherry, While we understand you are frustrated we strongly disagree with your review. We didn’t commit fraud, and do not appreciate when people call a card company to get product for free.
