I ordered a T-shirt for $5 in March 2026. I ended up being charged $7 plus shipping. when I reached out to customer service, I was told that offer had probably expired. However, I had ordered it the same day the offer was presented. In addition, my credit card was charged 19.95 for a membership which I did not agree to. (It’s probably somewhere hidden in the fine print). When I contacted the company I was unable to reach anyone. I would like to cancel this subscription immediately. Unhappy customer!

Update: package was delivered and had was thrown over the fence. My package has been "out for delivery" for a week now! I have asked for a refund, but have not received a response. Extra charges were added to my credit card.

(It’s probably somewhere hidden in the fine print). When I contacted them to complain, they offered me a $10 refund if I returned the shirt stating they are small and trying to build a business. I understand growing a small business but not on hidden fees and deception.

I purchased 4 shirts as a birthday gift on August 31 2026.Almost a month later I get one story after another . The status shows delivered Sept 9 th but since I have cameras all over my house including my mailbox. I was able to dispute it was ever delivered. Then they claim they mark them delivered once processed. I still have not received my shirts. I have emailed them many times and I get a generic response. I have asked for a FULL refund and once again crickets. They tried to bill me for a membership that I did NOT agree to but it was stopped by a bank alert and flagged as Fraud. Now ANNA O who seems to be the sole customer service employee tells me the are lost in transit and once it leaves their office they are not longer responsible ???? At this point I want my 45.00 BACK. I no longer want those shirts. How dare this company say they are Christians? They are so very deceiving. I have found complaints dating back to 2022 with the BBB. I will continue to pursue this matter to the very end. UNREAL !!! LIARS LIARS LIARS !!!

They charged a $20 monthly fee for nothing. It is a scam.

Horrible to advertise as a “Christian Company”! Never received the shirt and necklace I bought. They also charged me $19.99 for a “membership” I never authorized. When I’ve called the customer service # they have listed, they don’t answer but they sent me a text message asking what the problem was. I told them I never received the items I paid for and that I wanted a refund for the so-called membership. I never asked for. Literally crickets. Never heard back. I text them again. More crickets. I cannot report them to the Better Business Bureau because they’re not affiliated with them. Hmmm, wonder why?! Shame on them for scamming people out of money under the guise of helping spread the word

They signed me up for a membership without my knowledge and won't refund me the full amount of the membership. Its a SCAM

I am really disappointed/frustrated because I ordered a shirt and a week later they charged my account 19.95 for a membership fee I NEVER AGREED TO. I'm disputing it with my bank but I'm really upset that this is fraudulent with a CHRISTIAN NAME attached to it.
