Could not get the hearing aids to work
Could not get the hearing aids to work. The company did not respond to my request for their return until I disputed the credit card charge.

Absolute junk
Absolute junk! Left ear would not hold a charge for more than 2o minutes and the amplification was so high pitched it was unbearable. Full refund is a lie. The costs and trouble to ship it back to China were outrageous and the $127 settlement offer was conditional on a 5 star review first.

The price was great and quality excellent. Delivery was prompt and instructions for fitting straightforward. Work really well and aids are almost invisible.Many thanks.

i have tried many,multiple times to…

Have not received my product the Courier Company shows it's been delivered explained to the company that did not receive my product been waiting over a month for them to resolve this problem
