This company is a huge rip off. I Wanted to return a purchase and they told me I could accept a 99.00 refund if I wrote them a 5 star review! What kinda crap is that and their return policy is to ship it back to freakin China! Bought these for my 89 yr old mother to try and she didn’t like them nor could we get them to work properly. Hope you enjoy your $179.00 Chosgo you took it from an 89 yr old woman! Now you are accusing my 89 yr old mother of being uncooperative in your reply? Your product did not work for her and she wanted to return the hearing aids. You can ship your product from New Jersey but they have to be returned to China? Your offer for a 99.00 refund was made with the stipulation that I leave a 5 star review before the refund, that is un-ethical! I stand by my earlier review your company is a rip off! I have also filed complaints with my bank and CC company over your terrible customer service and products! 6/30/26 - My bank and CC company after looking at emails I forwarded agreed on this companies unethical practices and has refunded us the $179.00! FU Chosgo Hearing!

Easy to order and receive

First. These hearing are very small. My hearing is much better with them. Secondly customer service advocates for the cudtomer and are very responsive.

Tried to return all my options were expensive or cost me more than original 500$ for hearing aids Expensive lesson learned

Excellent customer service, very helpful in guiding me through the selection and purchase process. No complaints.

The hearing aids themselves were nice. Small and discrete. Unfortunately my ears are so small I couldn't get rid of the feedback. Customer service was great to work with and offered me numerous solutions, which I took advantage of.
