Marie did a good job finally getting DT to contact me for ID verification to process my disbursement request, but I still have not received my disbursement. I filed my request on 12/17/25, today 12/27/25 and still no disbursement; that's ten calendar days and six business days. Limiting liquidity does not qualify for an investment institution receiving high service rating.

We take all feedback very seriously and we've shared with our team. We aim to give the best experience possible with a standard cash distribution of typically 2-3 business days, but the length of time can fluctuate if there are needed follow-up items and during holiday times like we're in right now. That being said, we are open M-F and with a turnaround time of Monday, that means it is taking less than 1 business day to complete your distribution once the form has been received. We would like to make this better but are unable to determine your account based on your supplied alias. Please reach out to us directly at 888-753-6972 or email us your name and phone number so we can review your specific situation and determine the best next steps.
