I called because haven't been able to sign in the my account for nearly a year. Anyone I'd spoken to in the past couldn't solve the problem. This time I reached Lucas who worked tirelessly to finally solve it. He has a great attitude, very patient & is truly a problem solver. He's super kind, knowledgeable & diligent. He kept his word & called me back.

Richard, first off we're very sorry to hear that you weren't able to access your account that long. That is not the Choice way, and we regret to hear that. However, we're glad that Lucas was able to sort out the problem for you. Thank you so much for your patience, and please do not hesitate to reach out should you need anything.

Leslie Anna answered the phone quickly, and stayed on the line while I filled out the form and gathered the supporting documents. I had encountered problems submitting the form and she made sure to stay till everything was completed and uploaded and emailed. She spoke english clearly and saw me thru to the end of what is always a confusing process.

I was pleased with the service I received today with Digital Trust. Because there was a high call volume my call was placed in a cue to be returned. I was quite pleased that I received a call back in a short time. I had the privilege of speaking with Leslie Anna. She was very qualified to answer my questions and, in fact, offered to help me go on line, if needed, to put in a dispute agreement with Fed Ex regarding the shipment of our coins. Over these past few years I have always enjoyed great service with Digital Trust. Thank you.
