This rating is a culmination of a year long experience with what i know to be the Choice system. first, everyone is nice maybe not as much knowledgeable. First no one is upfront able all the fees nor the exact cost. Second I never get any statements to be able to examine fees. 3rd problems or concerns are not addressed on the spot.

Questionning how you work, still wondering how?

More instruction on the forms to fill out would help. The time it took to get the account up and running was too long. I am in my sixties and fairly techy but directives on how to get the completed forms back to you would have been helpful. Since Amanda started helping me things have gone smoother. To be honest a few of the people I talked to and emailed gave me incorrect information which was frustrating. Thanks for letting me rant.

I have tried twice to reach someone for two separate issues and it has been weeks long. A process that took weeks. Both times. Even though someone left a voicemail with a callback number if I “ever needed anything”. It’s not great customer service.
