When ever I e-mail you I get a quick response. Your staff is very courteous and sincere and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve my issues. The wig you mentioned was a nice quality but was not like the picture. I had to have it fixed totally different. It was nothing like the models wig she had on. I do wear it straight.
