I LOVE WIG! HOWEVER I am not pleased with the fact that you deliver by UPS. while you deliver in canada and you well canada in your name, I believe that you should be using the national career service, which is indeed Canada Post. I believe this would be a huge shift as so many people buy wigs.

Almost impeccable customer service I really appreciate the suggestions if my order is out of stock. The politeness, attention and frendliness is also a plus. I have to admit I don't like the delivery service they use. UPS are very low on my list. They don't take care of the packages. They always arrive filthy and the boxes take a beating. I like to store my wigs in their box when not in the rotation so that is a disappointment. So UPS made it so I took out a star. Chiquel deserves 5 stars

I absolutely love Chiquel but unfortunately, with this order came a lot of confusion, and delayed, seperate deliveries. Even though this order took a long time (over a month), I will still continue to order from.Chiquel. The support people that I communicated with, were very supportive, and friendly.
