Love the website, especially the model and the varied selection of wigs. Quick shipping and very responsive to any issues that come up.

I’ve not yet been disappointed with Chiquel and their product. Their communication level is superior especially noted when I’ve occasionally returned a hairpiece for colour, never quality. I’m a big fan of this Canadian company!

The product was as advertised. Packaged carefully and very nicely. I returned it, though, because I didn’t like the style and color on me. I was disappointed that there was no prepaid return label like many other companies do.

ordered 3 (in April) was told following week out of stock till June, was sugested another color -desperate me- said yes, color was really off so called your customer service to get return address as was told no return label as I would return and keep with the late order but was told I had to return for credit only as it was on sale then repurchase (after a see a sale) and get back on a waiting list but longer date to wait. I am still out of the 2 and will have to reorder somewhere soon. Experience was in April

They are very competent, and always spot on with their deliveries. Love their products for synthetic wigs.God bless them.

I bought Broadway by Belle Tress in Macadamia Latte. My wig was on back order so customer service offered me a different color so I wouldn’t need to wait but I declined. So then they sent me a $10 e-card. So A+ to customer service. My wig arrived not too long after, I love the style and the color is gorgeous. Thank you for an overall excellent experience.

Received in a timely manner. Wig was perfect. No huge shipping charge or tax to pay upon receipt is a huge plus. Also got updates on shipping.
