Excellent customer service! I ordered the Breezy Wave Cut Wig in Glazed Black Cherry/Burgandy online. It was on sale at a great price unfortunately when I received it, it was much too dark for my complexion. I contacted the company and they offered a free virtual consultation with a wig expert. Jennifer was great and directed me to a more appropriate colour. I just got it today and it looks amazing. The exchange was quick and easy. I am thrilled with my new wig and the experience that I had with Chiquel. I will be ordering more.

I made an appointment with Chiquel Melbourne, flew over from New Zealand for the appointment and stayed in Melbourne for 3 nights. I purchased a topper which cost $1400 and $200 worth of product. On returning to the hotel and viewing the topper in natural light it was a brassy yellow colour. I rang the salon and was advised to use violet shampoo. I have tried every product out there in the last 5 months and nothing has worked. I have contacted the salon by email and they have been of no help whatsoever. I am unable to wear this topper, even my hairdresser is not confident that she can adress the issue without totally stripping the colour out and drying out the hair completely. What a waste of $1600! Please be careful when purchasing a topper because the lighting in the salon is very misleading.

Worst return policy and customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with. Received a return authorization on a Hairdo wig that smells awful and quality of fiber is horrible, feels like it has been heat damaged. Then after packing item, received email that gift card item cannot be returned since I had already returned the original. This company will not refund money and gives out gift card that you can only use once if price of wig is paid for by gift card. Perfect example of corporate greed. They may be great as long as you have no issues with product but if you have to return and they have hooked you to purchase a sell item, you are going to be shocked at the horrible business practices. Response: I posted without my name because you are not going to care who I am or what my issue is; your blanket response is the same. 31730 Is the order number and RMA #BUT5ZIXM was the return authorization until I received another email stating I had depleted my one return since I used a gift card to pay for the horrible hairdo wig regardless of my issues with it

I enjoy the Chiquel spokesperson Amanda and decided to buy a wig from them. Shipping wasn't the fastest, but the Hairdo brand wig I bought on their sale arrived defective. Top hair was all crunch and fried in fact fibers looked like caterpillars twirled into rotini shapes! Contacted customer service and provided them photos as requested. Then was scheduled for a 30 minute Zoom consultation! Didn't have zoom so necessitated me to Download another app to meet THEIR requirements. Zoom didn't work. Referred me back to customer service who Finally gave me a return address..then was told no refunds only store credit! Beware this company they take your money, set up steps we have to follow cause they shipped defective merch! I've bought wigs and wear them daily for 5 years! Call a reputable vendor don't fall for their discounted prices! Ull never see your money again!!
