My wig was returned because it was just not my style. The return was made easy by the helpful advice of customer service, namely Marie!!

Everything looks great on the site, costume quality when you get your order.

Delivery was fast and the product was as described. The colour (shaded mocha) was a bit darker than expected but it was a clearance item; the colour I would have chose (Malibu blonde) wasn’t available on clearance. Otherwise, it was a great price for a great quality name brand wig.

The wig itself is gorgeous. The color and style look just like the online images. When I didn’t receive a tracking email a week or more after ordering, I contacted customer service. They responding promptly to check the status at the warehouse. Shortly after, I followed up and was informed about the wig not passing inspection, but another one would be sent as soon as possible. It arrived 3 days later. That was great customer service.

I had an awesome experience with Chiquel.com. My wig came on time (2 weeks) and I got 30% off as well as a complimentary brush and comb. I have emailed their customer service with questions about wig colour's in the past and they have been so fast to respond and with so much detail. I've bought from them once before and will continue to. In regards to the wig (Giselle in the color 12fs12 Malibu Blonde) I do think the wig looks slightly darker in person than it looks online but that is on all websites that I have looked at not just Chiquel.com. I do think my Bobbi by Envy lasts longer frizz free wise, but this is still an excellent wig and the monofilament part allows for different styling options which I love.
