I bought my Park Ave on Live Chiquel sales. Upon arrival, she looked great out of the box. I only needed to fix the face flapper part. I love virtually invisible lace front and Coolest Ash Brown color. She became frizzly in a week or so of daily wear (but it was expected - I did my research!). I also learned how to handle the HD fibers and was able to restyle her. It's not the original wave pattern, of course, but I think it was a success!

The best thing a company can do is to keep me informed through the process cycle. CHIQUEL constantly sent info about order received, label created for pickup and ship date as well as estimated delivery. They offer excellent products and stand by customer satisfaction. That why 5 stars.
