The wig is fabulous -- gorgeous, soft hair, well-made, endless styling possibilities including concealing lymphomas on face (my goal) a la Veronica Lake. Only negative was having to go to Canada Post to pick it up -- didn't know in advance but worth the trip. Age 82, never had such a beautiful head of hair in my life despite being nearly bald from chemo. Had been researching for months knowing I'd need a wig and lucked into a sale. Wasn't sure about iced sweet cream, but it is amazing. Just not sure how to keep it from sliding up at the back plus heat retention on my chemo scalp but can work on those.

Customer service is very helpful. I had to return my first purchase because the color wasn't right. The customer service person was very helpful in helping me get my product returned and exchanged for another product.

Fast processing and shipping on this wig! This isn’t my first wig but it is my first one of this brand and I’d definitely by more! She is absolutely beautiful and so soft to touch!

Prompt Customer Support, the interaction available with Amanda. Many products and price range . One suggestion, it would be great if the colour of the wigs were shown with the full view of wig verses just a swatch of the chosen colours. This gives more of an idea what wig actually looks like in chosen colour.

I liked the helpfulness and friendliness of the people who helped me. They were very encouraging and really took the time to listen to me and focus on my needs. Being able to have consultations over zoom was enormously helpful and enjoyable. Tho only suggestion I have would be for an ability to try on wigs virtually, as I have seen done with eyeglasses.
