Haven't heard back from my order and it's been over 2+ weeks!!! NOT how things should be!

I love this company. Hair loss, no matter the reason, puts us in such a vulnerable place. It’s scary. Everything about buying a wig for the first time is scary. Buying it, wearing it, taking care of it. It can all be overwhelming. Chiquel provides a supportive community to guide and educate us through the process. For me, Chiquel took me from scared and insecure to excited and full of life. They have earned my loyalty, and they definitely have it.

Good quality product. Ordered the same wig style and color altho second wig a bit blonder.

I was very surprised that the look of the wig is so real. I chose a style and colour very close to what my hair looked like before I lost it to my chemo treatment.

This was my unicorn wig. She’s low density. Very easy to wear. Quality is great! Delivery was fast.

I am new to buying wigs. I found one I liked and ordered the wig. It turned out the color I chose was back ordered. They notified me of the delay and how long it would take. They suggested I could order the same wig but in a different color that was in stock. The first color they suggested was too light and when I communicated that to them they found an even better color than I originally chose. So I didn't have to wait for the back ordered color and got an even better wig.

I love my Scarlett. The cut is the exact length for me. I have 2 now. Both light and dark gray. Although the light gray looks pretty white. Its still pretty.
