Love the product. Frustrated by the looong delay in completing my order. My items came over a period of months, making it impossible for me to compare them against each other within the window for returns. Even more irritating is the return policy. The details aren't hidden, but are contained in a very long list of limitations. Only a lawyer would be able to absorb the precise details of the policy with their first purchase.
