I have had a very positive experience using Chiquel wigs. They have a good selection of products without it feeling overwhelming to shop for. The prices definitely can’t be beat. The wigs I’ve purchased have been a very natural looking and feeling fiber. They do have the shine that comes with any type of synthetic fiber, but I’ve found ways to help diminish this. I very much enjoy the natural look at the section of my wig where the part lies. Although the lace is a bit more prominent than I would prefer, and can be a little scratchy, it does nearly disappear when you use any glue like product with it. Customer service was very friendly and quick to respond to my questions. Keep in mind that you do have to pay for your return postage yourself. And for one of the wigs I needed to return, I was offered a credit to my Chiquel account instead of money returned to my payment method. I’m not sure if that is the case for all wigs or if it was just because mine was on sale. I can say that I have recently purchased two more wigs from them, so that speaks to my satisfaction with the company.

Upstage is hands down my favorite of them all! To my dismay the last couple of Raquel Welch’s in my favorite color, Iced Latte Macchiato, have been completely devoid of highlights and the hairline not looking as natural, but my new Upstage arrived and is gorgeous and perfect. She’s not too long, not too short, the density is just right, and thanks so much for bringing her highlights back!

I loved the products I purchased.

This was my first Chiquel purchase and I loved the topper Making Waves, but the color was not right for me so had to return it. Figured the return would be a drawn out hassle, but I promptly received a full store credit for my purchase. But, not really loving their policy about no refunds. And, the item I will buy with the credit is a final sale. So, if color is important to the buyer, that's a pretty restrictive policy.

Fast delivery , it’s not the exact same color as my hair, I’ll try and get that fixed so I can start wearing the topper as soon as possible

I love being able to see Amanda's facebook and youtube videos with discussions about the different characteristics of the wigs. It gives me a lot more confidence in my purchase decisions. I first bought scene stealer and although it is beautiful, the perma-tease makes it feel a little too big for everyday casual wear. I used Amanda's videos to learn more about perma-tease and to find some wigs without it for my everyday outings. I have cancer and a young daughter and it helps a lot that I can look normal in the wigs. I really appreciate everything you do. Thanks so much, Lisa
