Package arrived in good condition and on the date it was promised. I do appreciate the follow-up email I received asking if I was satisfied or not, and if not offering to do whatever is necessary to make it a positive transaction. In my opinion, it was a positive transaction. I love the Sparkel wig, the fit, the color, the style, everything about it.
