I ordered a wig that was not right for me in color or size and Chiquel customer service was excellent!! They were really positive about it all. I was so excited and relieved that it all went so great. So, I in turn ordered a topper and it matches my hair perfectly. So thankful and grateful to all who helped me and will be getting other pieces from them as well. (I apologize, but I don't remember the exact date, but it was during the summer. So I just picked a date in the month that I think it was in. )

The very first wig that Heather tried on me, turned out to be the best. We tried many, but came back to AURA by Ellen Witte. Other wigs turned out to be too dense or just not suitable to my face. I am very grateful to Heather and her expertise for a wig that has drawn no notice except positive comments from those who know it is a wig. I would highly recommend Chiquel to anyone looking to buy a wig. Even Amanda and her breezy comments and tips on YouTube has given me confidence and help in the care and maintenance of my wig. I am very happy with this topper. The colour and fit are perfect and the hair is soft and does not have the shiny plastic look that some synthetic hair has. I am taking the topper to a stylist to have bangs cut in and some length taken off. Then it will be perfect.

Buyer beware return policy is horrible! My fault for not reading it completely and understanding — it’s tricky!!
