Worst customer experience ever. As all the other reviews say, they use deceptive marketing and provide a horrible experience. I would never recommend this company. The product shipped very slowly, was a total mess and they will only provide store credit for more of their slow, defective product. The site clearly states that you can return items but then they hide the fact that they apparently will only give store credit if it’s discounted and then discount everything. They actually told me that you should request to pay full price if you want to be able to return items. Who would do that? Or even know to do that?

As always customer service. Great products, reasonable pricing. This is my second Sparkle wig. Love love love it!

Love the color

This was the first time I ordered from the Chiquel website. I normally order from another website. The price was excellent, it was in good shape etc. No need to return. The shipping process wasn’t the best my arrival date kept changing. I will plan ahead next time. I recommend this website.

Customer service is top notch. Products are excellent and high quality. I highly recommend Chiquel.
