I ordered the wrong color by mistake, then sent an "urgent" email to the support team asking them to change the color. I received an email confirming the change and was very happy, not to mention how polite the email was. Thank you for such attentive and prompt customer service!!

The wig is great. It fits well and can be styled easily. I like the slight flip on the ends. It adds a cute dressy note. The color is a little lighter than I expected. Ordering was easy and service was great. I was updated about shipping and delivery.

I Love Chiquel. I love Erynne, their salesgal that will showcase wigs through YouTube and on line. She is down to earth, honest and trustworthy. I have no complaints except my own lack of self control and not knowing 100% what styles look best on me, though I am getting close. I have returned a few wigs over the year, others I hope to "grow" into them. I am starting to experiment with colors, I wish I could find color swatches for ALL the brands. It would make choosing much easier. A small swatch of a color on a monitor is difficult to really understand the actual color. But this journey has been fun!

This wig was a big positive surprise for me! I didn't expect her to be so well processed as she's not exactly among the "famous" styles. Roxie is super comfortable, ultra light weight, has beautiful soft fibers and a lovely cut with face framing layers in the front. Maybe a bit thin. But I love this natural look.
