I love the Wig Own The Room, The length is just right and color is beautiful.

Customer service was great! The product that I ordered was out of stock and I was given an expected date of re-stock. The product arrived a month before the expected date!

We purchased a discounted wig from Chiquel, and upon trying it, my wife found it unsuitable. We returned it unused and in its original packaging, requesting a refund to the original payment method. Chiquel refused, offering only store credit and virtual consultations we did not request. Despite multiple emails clearly explaining our situation and stating that we would not return as customers, their responses were scripted and ignored our concerns. While their policy on discounted items is stated online, the handling of our case felt dismissive, misleading, and unprofessional. Potential buyers should be aware: discounted items cannot be refunded, and customer service may not respond to legitimate concerns personally.

I was very happy with my 1st purchase at Chiquel. Quick delivery and wonderful wig. Although it was an Oulet wig it came in perfect condition. I love my Alva wig. It’s very comfortable and I love the color Champagne R.
