Delivery was very prompt I appreciate the great customer service I have received since I started with Chiquel a year ago. I LOVE the color of my smooth waves wig❣️❣️

In response to your reply to my review. The problems were your end, not mine, as you are suggesting. There were no multiple problems with my account. You cancelled orders in error and then apologised. I have the emails as proof! You cancelled an order just because I informed my paying authority to stop any future payments because you could not fulfil my order, which I believe I was in my right to do. You then cancelled any further orders. Problems in the past were your company sending orders to the wrong customers, leaving myself and another customer having to swap our items by post. You supplied a faulty wig which had a bald spot and even after a zoom call and photos of the wig, you still denied it was faulty! In the past you also sent me the wrong items so I had to return to you. You also posted two orders together so I had to pay import taxes and duty, when I should not have paid any. Two separate orders should have been sent separately. Even after all the problems I encountered, I still remained a loyal customer, so I think your reply is inaccurate and misleading.

It isn’t the product I am reviewing but the response to my order. I shared my predicament with the Chiquel staff, basically that I accidentally destroyed a recent product and needed to replace it ASAP. Within a weeks time the replacement arrived. Kudos to all the staff involved.

Well, I'm not surprised. It's very sad and I am very disappointed. Every step of the way I was blamed for the care of the wig. Even though I know exactly how to care for a human hair wig and was meticulously trained before ever taking my first wig home. As evidenced by my successfully having and caring for my previous human hair wig for just over 7 years of every day wear. It is unfortunate that you have chosen this stance on the sale and customer service of this, my first and now only purchase through Chiquel. No refund and no replacement.

Wintour was on back order, so I had to wait a while to get her, but she was worth the wait! She is my most favorite wig. So comfortable. I love Chiquel’s lives with Amanda. Stock photos don’t do the wigs justice. The YouTube videos are really helpful too. The sales can’t be beat either! I also love Chiquel’s Neighborhood on Facebook. The people are so friendly and I’ve learned a lot from them.

I’ve ordered several wigs from Chiquel. Every one was packaged perfectly & in perfect condition. Straight to Camera was a pre-order, & Chiquel offered me 2 alternatives if I preferred not to wait. The wait was expected to be ~3 months, but I decided to (try!) to be patient. 🙂 Good move, because Straight To Camera arrived in ~4 weeks & is a beautiful wig! I will continue to do business with Chiquel.

Delivery was ok but the wig was purchased by a friend of mine and was delivered to me not her:(
