Not having to pay to ship an item that needs to be exchanged when I've already paid for shipping the original item. I say this only because the cost of the wigs is so expensive already you'd think Chiquel would find a way to get better shipping rates like other companies do and/or share why they can't and why it does cost so much and the burden is on the buyer. If I've missed it then ensuring it's bold and front so that it can't be missed. However, my new Selfie Mode wig is amazing, I have not yet had it cut around the face yet by my stylist but will soon be doing that. I love the medium/long hair styles but would like to see more layered looks as choices since many of the styles I like do not have face framing cuts and therefore would require professional service to have done.

I purchased a wig and it turned out to be a "topper." Since I am bald, this ofcourse would not work for me. I called customer service to explain I accidentlly purchased the topper instead of a wig and although I couldn't get a refund (since it was on clearance), I was able to get a store credit. The gal I worked with Mandy, was helpful and gave good directions to return the topper. I mailed it back to them and in about a week and a half had my store credit. I also purchase two other wigs, both of which I kept and I love! Great customer service.

I bought it for my daughter with cancer, she has several,this is her favorite and least expensive!it looks real!

Wig was delivered on time. It was a little larger than I expected, but I will make do. Love the color.

Hollie in Malibu blonde is beautiful and being hand tied she is very comfortable and natural looking. It did take quite awhile to receive her. But it was worth it.
