I had ordered a halo hat topper and the colour I wanted was on back order. Chiquel was great at communicating that it would arrive at the end of February. It arrived on time and it’s great!

While I love the wig it was too large for me. Not your problem however. The wigs I have ordered have routinely not been in stock with a delayed extended date in delivery . It would be helpful if you would be more specific on what colors are not available and also the delays a head of time due to a shortage of inventory. I know you give a warning however on your site when someone places an order there should be an indication then. It would save all of us the aggravation of having to wait and going back and forth with emails. Thank you .

Erica answered the questions I sent via email. The wig is so lightweight and the fibers are wonderful (the movement is very natural). The piece had face flop right out of the box but Amanda's 3/10/25 video is just the answer I needed. RL119 smoke and silver is exactly what I was looking for in a bob style.

Love my topper and I appreciated the professional assistance of Michele at the Richmond Storefront to help select and style it.

Absolutely lovely wig, however, just not suitable for me. Have followed return instructions & posted with Canada Post today. Excellent service with Chiquel....expect to reorder another one soon.

I ordered 2 of the turbans, they are soft, comfortable and stylish. Thank you for making a hard time in my life...loss of hair due to cancer treatments a positive experience.

Efficient Product was as described

Giving this website a 1 is generous. First of all READ THE NEGATIVE reviews before you purchase. Their shipping is late. LATE LATE LATE. Then they tell you they accept all returns no restocking fee. Absolutely wrong! if it is on sale- which includes a site wide sale. Not discounted or "sale" items they will only offer store credit. When asked kindly since it tried to cancel the order for waiting to long they said absolutely not. When I emailed to cancel the order it miraculously got shipped. This is clearly a very small business and short sighted b/c they wrote back saying I was threatening them if I wrote a bad review b/c they didn't believe they did anything wrong. How about some customer service when I spent almost $2000.00. Buyer be ware!!!
