HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Do not purchase shoes from this online retailer. There is no way to contact customer service where they actually respond. I tried calling the listed number, left multiple messages over many days, NOTHING. Attempted to email through their website and portal, apparently it's 'broken' as you cant even submit the form. I tried emailing the customer service separately, NOTHING. SAVE YOUR MONEY! SCAM ALERT!

I ordered shoes in March 2021; they tracking link provided kept saying the shoes had just shipped but the date kept getting pushed back. I thought hey with covid I understand, then it becomes May, June, finally September I reached out to them to ask where my shoes were. They said they could not find the order and could not give me a refund because I had passed the return window which was 60 days after the order date, not from when I received the shoes. Now customer service has stopped responding to my ticket. This company should be put out of business as they are simply thieves with a website.

If I could give a zero to this company, I would. As others before me mentioned, I too placed an order and the delivery date kept getting pushed out. Their customer service was unresponsive. Their “contact us” widget through their website seems to be disabled. They are unresponsive on social media, even hiding posts or deleting ones inquiring about orders. I have filed a complaint with the California BBB. Additionally, I disputed the charge on my credit card. Avoid this company. If you like their shoes, buy from a brick and mortar store where you know you will get the product in your hands as soon as you pay for them.

Can I leave zero stars? These guys are THIEVES!!!!! I placed the order, 2 months later my it is nowhere to be found, for about 2 more months they have been saying the refund was processed and I should get it any time….. yeah right. Beware, folks, and DO NOT order from this brand

This company seems to be run by criminals. They lie saying that the shoes I ordered were shipped by Fedex. That was several weeks ago, and they were never shipped. They seem to be creating a fake Fedex tracking number knowing that they will never ship. When you call, they never answer the phone. Police should investigate this company!

In March, I ordered two pairs of sandals for a vacation i am taking in June. The arrival date just kept getting pushed out and they never arrived. I contacted customer service and they blamed fedex and refunded me. Stupidly, I placed the same order again in early may (the shoes really did look cute on the site!) the same thing started happening. Then, about a week after I placed my order they sent me an email stating there was a “problem” on their end with charging me and they wanted to set up a time so they could call me and get my credit card number? This seemed very unorthodox to me and I don’t trust them at all. I told them to cancel the order and will need to follow up to make sure I get refunded. At this point, this does not seem to be a functioning online shopping site to me.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I've ordered from this company before with no issues. Placed an order on 5/10 and my shoes have not shown up yet. I got through to customer service once and was told my order was picked up on 5/12. I felt I was rushed off of the phone. Haven't been able to get ahold of anyone since. When you call, it's like your calling a personal phone and they are always “helping other customers”. I have left a message twice. Awful business practices!

The one star is for their website and affiliations with their shipping company they choose to use. I ordered my product 03/25/2021. And it’s now 05/01/2021. I still haven’t received my items. Although I love their shoes. I am done with this company. Done.
