disapointed :( ordered shoes for my cats... what did i get .... 18 month old baby shoes, nit suitible at all dint fit properly AT ALL. need a refund asap my cat was in destress cause of this upon not being able to dress up for the oldests cat 23 birthday got to contact theceo . pls send the correct product to not be faced with disapointed clients

Seems like I had to contact them to even get my order moving was told 3-5 days for processing even though it was now the 7th day and nothing had happened will never order again now order coming after Christmas wanted as a gift horrible never again better off going thru a store. These companies wonder why their business fold

Poor quality
Bought shoes that are size 5 but the measurements are wayyy of. Honestly the quality is so bad I don't know what they charge you $100 dollars for.

SCAM! Fake website.
SCAM!! Zero confirmation email, can’t contact customer service through phone or website. The website shows no history or order that was placed. Total garbage. Pain in the ass to go through AfterPay. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Complete scam.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Order error and they were completely unhelpful. I I’ll never again give them my business.
