Will order from them again
I ordere customized shirt for my dad for Father's Day. The quality was excellent, the colors were vibrant. The shirt was not of a cheap quality. The customization was correct. It actually made my Dad smile which is rate since he has been ill. Will definitely order from this company again.

I ordered a 3X (order# PP662280) and received a small, this was for a 4th family party- awaiting to hear from somebody before I take this complaint further, so far VERY unimpressed and time is running out

You sent me the wrong item which I had purchased as a Graduation gift for my daughter. I reached out to you about this and you sent me the correct saying only 10 days later!!! Tacky to say the least! I will never buy anything else from your company. Ended up spending $250 more on a graduation gift! Not happy!!!

Epic fail for Father's day gift
Tshirt was ordered in size Large...actual size when arrived was a medium when I compared it to other t-shirts in size Large. Once the shirt was washed, it shrank immensely! Was thoroughly disappointed in this product. The color print on the fabric was so light you could not read the personalized print. So sad that a gift ordered for a grandfather's first father's day is a total bust.

Great customer service!
I ordered a Grandma sweatshirt for my sister for her birthday. It came in a timely manner, but there was a small hole in the back of the shirt. I e-mailed customer service and got a quick response. They sent a new shirt within days. Not sure why there are complaints about this company, because my experience has been excellent!
