I ordered a shirt for my husband for Father's Day. First time we washed it, the stripes (with Grandkids names on it) stuck together and ripped. The shirt was not put in the dryer. I have tried to contact the company multiple times to get the shirt replaced and no one has contacted me. This shirt was not cheap. Don't buy from them.... Donna Patton I heard back from Chillever. They are going to replace the shirt.

Thank you for letting us know. After checking, we did see one email from you, which was a month ago and we truly apologize for the problem with your shirt. However, we really need you to send us a picture of the shirt you received so we could check again with our vendor. This not only helps us to verify the problem but also prevents it from happening with other orders. The reply was sent right after we received your email so please help us check again. Thank you so much and we look forward to hearing from you.

I was very excited to receive my order and when I received it, on first glance, it was exactly what I ordered. However, when I tried it on, it was unbelievably tight. I found that the t-shirt was made in El Salvador and clearly an XL there is not the same as an XL here in the US. So, won’t be wearing it anytime soon. Very disappointing. Update: The company has contacted me and is going to replace the t-shirt. I am beyond excited that this company stands behind their work and puts the customer first!!

Thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry for this unhappy experience. However, the size of our v-neck is always smaller than our classic unisex. Therefore, in this case, we would recommend you change it to our unisex v-neck for a better fit. We've sent you an email in case you cannot follow up here. Please let us know how you want us to proceed with this order. Hope to hear from you.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly apologize for what happened with your order and have explained that it was delayed due to some technical issues. We know that it's frustrating and we didn't want it either. We are always trying our best to please our customers but sometimes, things are just out of control. Since the order cannot make it there in time, we will cancel and refund your money. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Thank you for your feedback. However, as we've explained in the last email, we only did it according to what we received from you. Therefore, we cannot exchange it since the shirt is customized. The best thing we could do is to offer you 30% off for a re-order and we did. We apologize if it didn't meet your expectation but we hope you understand that we have really tried our best to make it up to you.

Ordered a Father's day shirt for my husband. It came in a timely manner. I decided to order two additional shirts for my two son in laws. One finally came after Father's day and the other one is a no show. I cannot get anyone to help me. This is so disappointing now that Father's day has passed.

Thank you for letting us know. We're so sorry to hear that we didn't make in time for you. However, during the peak season, the shipping unit is overloaded and sometimes, the delay is unavoidable. Also, please note that our normal turnaround time is about 12 business days so if it came within our time frame, we really appreciate your understanding. If it didn't, you can send us an email at [email protected]. We are always willing to make things right for you. Hope to hear from you.
