Chill ChairReviews of chillchair.com

I recently ordered both the chill chair and sole mate. It arrived very quickly (within a week) and I couldn’t be happier! Everything is great quality, very comfortable, looks fantastic and gives a very nice massage. Customer service is wonderful and even sent emails to check if I’m happy with the delivery and product. Just make sure to order from their official website as there are fake sites out there.

I’ve never used a company that has such amazing and attentive customer service. I ordered the sole mate foot stool, which, unfortunately for me didn’t quite meet my needs. I requested a return and there was a very quick response, advising me of the process. They answered every query I had with courtesy and respect and followed up to make sure I understood the process. The refund was in my account as quickly as they promised. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I was unable to keep my item (it was great quality but not suitable for me) and I was helped by Jemriel who was lovely and assisted with my return and refund. Great communication and the process was so smooth and painless. Would recommend them anytime.

This is quite the machine No cords a beautiful foot stool with your miracle massager inside! Never seen anything like it. It’s awesome

Smooth purchase, excellent communication and really enjoying the sole mate! Thankyou :)

From the moment I placed my order until I received it, the team kept me updated at every step. They even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I have to say, the foot massager has been great. Since I’m always on the move, being able to sit back, relax, and unwind has been amazing.

Fantastic service from this company. Very efficient and great product
