Great chair, unfortunately I had to return it. The massage options were very good. Because I have a standing desk, the chair was too low for my needs. Customer service was effective in the return process.

Chair is AWESOME! It is constructed well, easy to assemble and massage feature is relaxing and addictive. Customer service was helpful and responsive, when I missed the plug on the bottom of chair to get it working. Great Purchase!

Excellent experience with Chill Chair. First and foremost the chair give a massage as good as a chair 5x’s its cost. 2nd the quality of the chair is great and it’s not easy to find good quality office chairs. 3rd the customer service is there when you need it and does the right thing

Just received my Chill Chair today, and LOVE it! Loved it so much that I bought another one for my home office. Will be buying another for my Florida office as well! Absolutely amazing. The massage feature is strong and actually massages your back and neck unlike other massage chairs. Oh but wait, this is not just a massage chair it is my office chair!!! The orange leather color is rich and the chair itself seems to be built to last. Thanks Gals and Guys at Chill Chair!
