Chill ChairReviews of chillchair.com

I recently purchased a Chill Chair, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Not only is the chair absolutely incredible with all of its fantastic features, but the customer service was outstanding as well. There was a small issue with my order, but they resolved it quickly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The attention to detail and level of care they provided truly impressed me. With such amazing customer support and a high-quality product, this has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I highly recommend Chill Chair to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service!

Purchased my chair about a year and a half ago and started having issues recently with the gas cylinder. I contacted the company and, despite the fact that I'm outside the 1 year warranty period, they provided me a cylinder at no cost and I only had to pay shipping. Great company and great customer service!

I love my chill chair and just ordered the matching sole mate. Customer service is superb.

The Sole Mate Massage Ottoman is an absolute game-changer! This ottoman will take your breath away with its incredible combination of rollers, vibration, and air massage. I have searched high and low for something that included all three features, and finally, I’ve found it. Usually, I come across products that are either too weak or not worth the investment, but this one hits the nail on the head. Plus, it is WIRELESS!! It is light enough for me to easily move it from one place to another, not having to have something plugged into it all the time, where has been all my life. The strength and quality of the massage are perfect, providing the ideal relaxation after a long day. Plus, its elegant design doubles as a beautiful ottoman, adding an extra touch of class to my home office. I love being able to enjoy a wonderful foot massage all while working. The Sole Mate Massage Ottoman is a must-have!

I needed a replacement charger for my Chill Chair. I requested assistance from Chill Chair and I received a response almost immediately on how to order. My order was processed for shipping within 5 minutes of placing the order request. Thanks again, Chill Chair!

Very happy with my purchase of a Chill Chair…it’s a present for my husband and he keeps telling me how much he loves it! I decided to purchase one based on several great reviews. I made multiple inquiries because my order was a preorder and each time customer service responded to me pretty quickly and made sure I was taken care of and all issues resolved.

I am thoroughly impressed with Chill Chair's exceptional customer service! When I encountered a shipping error with my massage chair, the team sprang into action with lightning-fast response times and a dedication to resolving the issue promptly. Their customer service representatives were courteous, knowledgeable, and proactive, keeping me informed every step of the way. They turned a potentially frustrating experience into a seamless and stress-free resolution. The team's efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I received my chair quickly, and it's been a game-changer for my work comfort and productivity.

Amazing Product / Customer Service I am a lifelong customer. I got the chill chair right when I opened my new business that required extended time at my desk. 8-10 hours. I began developing back pain that was always alleviated by the chill chair massage. I have a huge massage chair at home that I paid triple the cost for that I use to look forward to at the end of the day to alleviate my back pain. No longer have to do that, I have a better massage at my desk at whenever part of the day I wish. Thank you chill chair for this amazing product and the assistance. I will be using this product for life.
