This chair is amazing. Having that 10 min massage is life changing at work. The orange is more terracotta and perfect with cherry wood. The only negative with the chair is the seat is a bit to firm.

WOW!!! Excellent Service!! I ordered my Soul Mate on Saturday and also sent an email asking if they could possibly have it delivered to me on Tuesday as it is my only day off. It’s Tuesday and it’s just arrived!!!🤩🤠 so impressed, but that’s not all! This foot massager is so strong! Love it and I’ve only used it on the lowest setting so far! I ordered white as not a great colour selection, but was pleased to see it is more of a very light gray and so perfect colour for my living room. Hats off to you Chillchair and team! You are so responsive, deliver and great quality product!!!! I will get so much use out of this! Highly recommend- you won’t regret it! 😊

I purchased the Chill Chair to help with back issues caused by my workouts. While there was a slight delay due to customs, the customer support team kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Once it arrived, the experience was absolutely worth the wait—the massages have been incredible and have completely relieved my back pain. Thanks to this chair, I can now work out more frequently without discomfort. If you’ve ever considered getting a full-sized massage chair but don’t have the space, this is a fantastic alternative. I also picked up the Solemate, which they offered me a great deal on when buying both together. It’s not only amazing for foot massages but also ergonomically designed for sitting. Overall, this has been a worthwhile investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with back pain.

Chill chair rocks!!! I got the white one which goes really well with my office decor. It was delivered quickly and installation was a breeze. The different types of massages really help in relaxing you. I like the knead+tap mode. They have a fantastic customer service team willing to jump in and help should you have questions and need help. Special kudos to Rey from the customer service who will take care of you no matter what. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommended!

An issue occurred during the ordering process, but Rey on their Customer Service team was very helpful in getting it resolved in a nice and professional manner. As for the issue, turned out that there was typo on the form that they were able to identify quickly, thanks!

Got my chill chair as a birthday present from my wife. Initially, had some issues with the setup but Rey from customer service provided me with the greatest customer service experience. I'm really happy with this buy.
