Same as the other reviews Ordered in november with delivery promised before christmas Then an email saying it wont be until 2nd of January Waited... still nothing Emailed again.... now they will try to post on 5th january Emailed again.... no reply I will be filing a charge back with my bank as over 5 weeks with 0 update on when a product will actually be dispatched and multiple false dates given. I would not trust this company. The email replies and confirmations you get are very basic and sketchy I wouldnt be surprised if the whole thing is a scam. Terrible service for a product that is expensive Company lies and is unresponsive AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Exactly the same scenario as Lucy below. Based in UK. Ordered in the Black Friday deal (November) and STILL waiting for product. Repeated lies saying they would guarantee delivery before Christmas, latest update just before Xmas was someone was closed and would not be shipped until January 5th. Sent repeated emails over last couple of days and no reply. AVOID!!!

Very bad service. I placed an order on the Black Friday offer and they accepted the order as well. After multiple follow ups they came back and said that the offer was not valid any more as they ran out of stock. There is something called as commitment and the company surely does not have it.

My husband and I both work from home and are in our desk chairs for 10-12 hours a day. I have a bad back, so was looking for something that would be supportive and comfortable. This chair was everything BUT that. In fact, it caused additional back issues for me. There's also a weird hump in the middle of the seat cushion that's in a very odd spot, adding to the discomfort of the chair. We opted to send the chairs back under the trial period. They made it extremely difficult to return - emailing for return details, then having to take a video of disassembly and packaging of the chair, all before they would even provide a return slip. After returning the chair in early April, and following up multiple times about the status of our refund with no response, we finally ended up having to dispute the charges with our credit card company 2 months later. The credit card dispute triggered them to finally reach out in the middle of June, stating "​We sincerely apologize for the delay in updating you. The refund has actually been ready for some time, but we missed notifying you, and we’re truly sorry for that. We’ve now received a chargeback for this order. Unfortunately, because of this, our system won’t allow us to process the refund directly. If you could kindly withdraw the chargeback, we’ll process your refund immediately, no further delays." HORRIBLE company, and HORRIBLE chair!!!

Friend of mine had a very poor experience. Delivery driver apparently couldn't find address, returned to sender and Chill Chair stalling over refund.

super frustrated. Despite reviews this is NOT easy to put together! It’s is very heavy and unless you’re young or strong it’s hard work. It is a nice massage but uncomfortable as a chair and not ergonomic. I’ve been trying to pull it apart to send back. 3 people have tried and it’s impossible. We’ve watched videos and almost hurt ourselves trying. It will not come apart! This has been going on for 3 weeks. They are refusing to send a return label because the pole is impossible to remove! They want me to get a handyman to pull it apart which will cost $200 and they’re refusing to pay for it! The trial is NOT risk free!!! The support is delayed and in USA time- the Australian support is non existent. Do not buy unless you want to pay $1500 for a chair that’s not suitable as an actual office chair!

Purchased a chillchair and received no communication regarding the order. I had to email to ask when it was being dispatched, and they replied saying it had been sent. It is now 3 weeks since date of purchase and nothing has arrived, no tracking provided, and most notably, NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE via email. I have emailed them multiple times to ask for an update and they have completely ignored my emails; gave them ample time to respond and haven’t heard back over the course of a couple of weeks. I wouldn’t trust their return policy either, if they won’t even deliver the product.
