Customer service is FANTASTIC! I had a problem with the battery charging board and customer service responded to my emails ASAP and after trouble shooting, figured out the issue and sent me a replacement board. It is so nice to have this kind of support after purchasing an expensive item and knowing you can count on them when you need them.

Amazing! So glad we decided on chill chair! I was looking for a new office chair when my wife said look at that theres one with a massage option. So it made me think thats not a bad idea as we could both benefit from the new chair, But when i looked at the brands that had come up on the web page they had bad reviews! So i googled massage office chairs and came across Chill Chair! the product looked so much better than others i had found and event though it was a higher price than the others i decided to go for it! I couldnt believe it turned up the next day as it meant i could adjust the position of my new desk to suit using the leg rest! the product was packaged really well and came in a few parts that were really easy to assemble! the chair itself is great quality and came with enough charge for us to try it out! Wow its brilliant the pressure adjustment the various massage settings and the chair positions everything!! we highly recommend Chill Chair.
