Chill ChairReviews of chillchair.com

I purchased a sole mate for my feet from chillchair. Unfortunately a couple of the programmes became faulty. The customer service have been outstanding with their contact letting me know that a new one will be sent out as soon as new stock arrives. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was notified about each step on the process. Really nice touch.

Beyond being an excellent and beautifully designed product, the caliber of customer support has been absolutely exemplary. Angel and her team truly care about the customer experience and have provided unparalleled assistance and communication. We highly recommend the chill chair and have the highest level of confidence in the support you will receive throughout the entire process.

’ve been using sole mate every day since I received it Recently, I was diagnosed with arthritis in my feet to the point where I couldn’t walk. I can’t even begin to describe how much this has changed my life. After just one cycle, my feet have healed, and I can walk again. So, thank you so much again!

Great customer service from Emma and the team. Buy with confidence, they will look after you.

Easy to unpack and assemble (just a few parts to click together), looks great and works perfectly - definitely worth the investment and I'm very glad we purchased.

I first purchased the Chill Chair which my family loves!! A few months later I've purchased the Sole Mate Foot Massager to pair with our lovely Chill Chair. Highly recommend both.
