Chill ChairReviews of chillchair.com

Outstanding customer service from Chill Chair. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and genuinely took the time to make sure my needs were taken care of. So rare to experience this level of care — highly recommend.

I have both the Chair and the foot stool from Chill Chair. The products are top quality, but that is still nothing compared to their customer service. I have never had a company care more about the experience of the customer than Chill Chair. Rey in customer care was 10/10 top level aces in my book! This is a company to do business with. Hands down. 10/10. Love these guys! Lifetime customer right here!!!!!!

Thought about buying this product for my wife and I Finally went ahead and purchased and it’s been the best decision. The product looks and feels premium quality and the massage function offers excellent functionality and variety. Probably need a second one now as we constantly battling who gets to use it. Highly recommended.

When there is an issue, you want customer support and service to be responsive. We experienced it! The email response and the action that followed surpassed expectations. We highly recommend this relaxing product and the service that backs it up!

I bought a chill chair in June of this year 2025 as a Father’s Day present for my husband…we received the chair and he used it once that day and loved it. However, it would be months later before he wanted to use it again and sadly this time it did not turn on. I tried charging it with the adapter…Unfortunately , it would not work. I finally sent an email to their company in December 2025. I got an immediate response a day later…with a request for me to send a video of the adapter and the chair. I sent that requested email. Literally two days later, we got an email with a tracking number that they were sending us a NEW replacement. I was actually so surprised. In this time, the world is so jaded. How wonderful that this chair will come during the holiday season to remind me that there are GOOD HONEST small businesses that really do care. Thank you so much for this whole experience. I highly recommend buying from them. Thank you again, Jimmy and Fawn Doan

This chair is truly worth the money. A few minutes a day with the massage function is great. Not to mention it also being comfortable as just a sitting chair. And customer support is absolutely amazing. So quick to respond and will handling any question or issue you may have.

An outstanding product with cordless convenience and great engineering. Fast delivery and excellent service.

I recently purchased the SoleMate product from the team at Chill Chair. It was a seamless transaction process and I had a query during the fulfilment process that was answered promptly. The product arrived in perfect condition and on time. The ChillChair team followed up post delivery to ensure that I was satisfied with the product. I have been using it daily since its arrival and am very happy with my purchase decision and the purchasing process with the team at ChillChair
