Whatever you do, DO NOT get a credit card with these folks! Because my bank sometimes accepts the "0" in front of the account number and sometimes doesn't, when I went to pay the account online, it got rejected and they charged me a fee of $27. They will tempt you with coupons and discounts to get their credit card, but take no prisoners when it comes to mess-ups like these. Buyer beware!

I placed and order online and received it but I was missing items from my order. I tried calling but it always been disconnecting me due to high volume. I tried emailing and no response. I love buying my kid clothes here but not anymore. I will Never order from here again.

I've been a loyal shopper at Children's Place for many years. I do love the quality of their clothing! It is stylish, well made, durable and very reasonably priced. Having said that, I have to advise that the music is so loud and annoying, you feel like your head is going to explode! It is impossible to talk with anyone, or ask the sales clerks a question without shouting! I always leave with a headache! I finally did ask a salesclerk last week if she could please lower the volume, and she refused. Wear earplugs or shop online!!!

I have never heard of this place before until today because I received a bill in the mail at my old address and old name with a card number that's not mine?! It says I owe 526 dollars but I've never heard of it or bought stuff from it. I don't have kids, my siblings are too old for this place and I'm not going to respond to it cause it sound like a scam. DO NOT GO HERE. If they are already trying to get money from not even having been there then they could Rob you of so much money.

I placed an online order, got notification that my order got delivered but there was nothing. I never received my order.. the package is still missing. I am clueless as to what happened with my shipment. When contacted they said they can't do anything, no refund and asked me to go ahead file a dispute. Terrible experience, its quite frustrating. Will never deal with them again.

This is the worst children clothes I ever applied for credit card Nd don’t ever be applied to their credit is through Commity bank and they suck your money account to cent . They will not sop destining your inner peace by calling, texting . You file disputes they don’t care. I really regret in my life why I applied to their credit card until now I’m suffering. I paid by balance, filed a dispute 3 times but still they bother me. They will be your worst nightmare.
