I was into your Truro , Nova Scotia store . I was looking for 3 pair of shorts for my 2 year old grandson. Your staff are amazing , polite and sooooo very helpful !!! By the time I left I had 3 pair of shorts , 5 tees , 2 pair of cargo pants and a beautiful pink hat for my 6 year d granddaughter!!! I don’t know how they can be so inspiring and keep that shop so perfectly organized and clean ! Thank you Truro Girls :)

Bought my 16 month old sandals and she wore them for maybe an hour and had blisters on both feet. So I felt the part of the sandal where it was hurting her and it was super sharp on the edge. Will never buy shoes there ever again

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE!!!!!!!! ITS THE WORST!!!!! YOU CAN NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ON YOUR ORDER AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ONLY ORDERED TWO PAIR OF GLASSES AND ON THE DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED THEY WERENT AND I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE MY APARTMENT NUMBER WAS NOT ON THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.THEY SAID IT WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BUT WAIT 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE POST OFFICE TO SHIP IT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE THEN IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THEM TO PROCESS IT THEN IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO EITHER GIVE ME A REFUND OR ATTEMPT MY ORDER AGAIN IF THEY TRY TO ATTEMPT MY ORDER AGAIN AND CANT THE PROCESS STARTS ALL OVER.THIS IS ONLY SOME OF THE PROBLEMS IVE HAD. ITS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Placed order on line and had shipped to my step daughter. Ups would not deliver and package was returned to sender. I kept getting told package was delivered and I they would not refund my money. Took multiple calls and 2 supervisors to realize the package was send back to them. Still waiting for my refund. Don’t shop here!

The display table was misleading. My daughters each chose a t-shirt that had the identical "flip sequins" label on them. The label matched the large sign advertising the shirts for $5.99 but, when I got to the till, one rang up as $20.94. The cashier took me back to the table to show me how there were actually 2 tables, with different promotions. She had to move the shirts before I could see that there were 2 tables! Not impressed refuse to spend that much on a t-shirt for a 9 year old. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Within 60 seconds of placing an order, I contacted them to say that my old address was accidentally in the Ship To field. Their response? Sorry, can't do anything. Can't even cancel the order. I have spent a total of 3 hours on the phone with UPS, USPS and my credit card company to figure out what to do. The call with them was ended with the employee saying "And we cannot reimburse any fees associated with this order, discount you on shipping shipping costs, etc." Gee, thanks. There are so many options out there for kids' clothing. No reason to ever shop here. I most certainly will not.
