I placed an online order on 8/9/19 from The Children’s Place. I have NOT received an email stating the order has been shipped out. I ordered my daughter uniform shorts for school due to the size not being available in store. School has already started for her and now we don’t have school shorts! I plan to go out shopping and get her what she needs at another store. IF/When we receive our order from The Children’s Place I will return my order due to POOR customer service.(no one is answering my email nor my phone calls from The Children’s Place) I will not order from The Children’s Place again due to no response on my order! Placed an order for school uniforms on Aug 5th and it still hasn't shipped :( , tried calling customer service a couple of times for the past 3 days, have been on hold for more than an hour and still no one answers.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered my kids uniforms on 08/05 and my status is still saying processing! My kids start school on the 08/20 and now they will have nothing prepared. I emailed, I called twice both times calls were dropped and I have not gotten a response. I have no answers and no orders. Now I have to go and purchase items that may not even be in stores because they will be gone. I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN!

Customer service is crap! No one ever answers, even after an hour. They never reply to your emails. Waste of f**king time and money. I got an email stating that my order was delivered to my address, but I never received anything! My order had 10 items and I placed the order on August 4th....and still nothing. They will quickly take your money and charge your card, but won’t deliver your order. WE ALL NEED SOME ANSWERS AND OUR MONEY BACK. THIS IS BULLSH**. THIS IS FRAUD. WHAT IS GOING ON?

I will never order from children place again, placed my order since Aug 7 and haven't received it, when I call customer service, I waited for 1 hour before someone answered...my kid starts school Monday and she has none of what I ordered...😠😠😠😠

I paid for express shipping and when I called to check status staying it was delivered and it wasn't and the rep said and investigation had to be done that would two or three weeks asked to speak with supervisor waited on hold just to get call dropped called back and can not get through message won't even let you wait on hold after it tells you high call volume call back later and the call ends. I feel like I just threw money away with nothing to show for it.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Wish I could give them a zero. Tried ordering for my daughter for back to school on August 1 , 5 and 10th all 3 times my order was cancelled. When you call customer service it’s impossible to get through was on hold for over an hour!! Sent 2 emails and still no reply. The pick up in store option is not available. This is ridiculous. Is this how they treat customers?? Never again will I shop here. Horrible experience.

Great prices and have heard great reviews from others. Only to find out the hard way 😡. I placed an order on the 3rd in Hope's of getting everything on time but my order is still processing. It didnt take this long for them to charge the card. Never again!
