order was "misplaced" by courier.....never left the shop apparently....still waiting for refund...HUGE waste of time right at Christmas....avoid this business!

They sold my credit card info. Still yet to be refunded. They screwed up the order to by change the size. Now I feel shiz aunt. Have wrong size for my nephews. Happened at least twice

I thought this was a reputable business. It is not. The second part of an order never left the warehouse, although marked as waiting for carrier. Two emails never received a response. After three phone calls (each of which required a 15-20 minute wait to speak with almost unintelligible customer service reps), I was told the promised refund had been issued, MINUS SALES TAX (which I'm pretty sure is illegal), and if I hadn't received it, to go to my bank. I did open a dispute through the bank. Someone needs to call this company to account!

I ordered $115 worth of clothes for my children (#4501793380). Says the items were received, and it was not. I filled 2 claims with shipping company ( Lasertrack), who did not respond, only automated email. I filled 2 claims with the children's place, and there was no response except an automated email. I attempted to call the children's place multiple times, but the call volume was too high, and to try again later, and disconnected call. I continued to try, Finally, I get through with Jade ( PR3952425), who reported it was delivered and there was nothing they could do. And to contact the shipping company, who reports to contact seller (Children's Place), via automated message as leadership will NOT take phone calls. DO NOT ORDER, you will waste money and time chasing a package that will NEVER arrive. Poor customer service and NO assistance.

My grandson's birthday is coming up and I wanted to order his school uniforms offline and he receive them before his birthday. Online it showed it will be delivered Nov 8, 2023, but when I clicked on tracking it never showed where the package was, but only showed it still processing, So I called Customer Service and waited for over 30 mins. The agent told me the order was placed on Nov 2nd and it will not be delivered until Nov 16th. What a way to disappoint his birthday :( I wanted it cancelled and she advised she could not cancel because it was already in route. So why can't I see what you see? This is so awful. I will get with my bank and cancel and reorder somewhere else. Be aware of this if it takes more than 3 days to show you a tracking, but only a false date to deliver.

I went to store in Park City Mall, Lancaster, PA Tina was very helpful and nice. She helped me with an exchange I had, and also helped me with picking out matched outfits for grandson

Lousy customer service Ordered my grandson's school clothes online and took advantage of the discount when opening a new card. I got the card in the mail a few days later and the first statement a few days after that but did not notice that the account number on the card did not match the one on the statement. I never received a card for the 2nd account and now I have a credit balance on the account I have the card for and a past due balance on the account I never received a card for.

I made a purchase then realized I made a mistake with the shipping address so I called to see if I could cancel the order and re-purchase shortly after with the correct shipping address. I found out in short order that this company doesn’t have a cancellation policy and provided no help whatsoever. They advised me to call my bank to have my bank, Canada Post or anyone else to help me but that they could not. It was a complete nightmare but what ended up happening was my items shipped to someone who turned away the package and my items were shipped back to The Children’s Place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this awful company. Besides the terrible customer service all the employees I spoke to were obviously from the other side of the world and had trouble understanding me which infuriated me even more. I won’t ever shop here again.
