I am absolutely 100% thrilled with Chi Dog! I am so very happy with everything from the quality of the food, to their customer service and their commitment, to how much my dog absolutely loves it! Our Ollie (Shih Tzu,) had been battling seven months of diarrhea and acid reflux. He had been on a prescription medication and undergone a lot of diagnostic testing. With the simple change of his probiotic, a natural supplement and switching him to Chi Dog’s water diet, he has improved greatly! He loves the food and regained almost 3 pounds in one month. I am very grateful that our vet recommended Chi Dog!

I am very impressed with the quality of the food and the customer service. Very rare to feel like you are not being rushed on a phone call these days, I spoke to the vet and she was very kind and took the time to talk to me! love that! On another note! I started giving my doggies the food I would say approx. 2 wks ago, and I started slower than recommended, and even trans. this way, their stool has been very unpredictable.
