It was a little difficult to order and I wish the type of diets were individually explained a little more.

The only improvement i would request is that more ice be used in packaging the full month supplies. The ice is always dried up by the time I unpackage my delivery and the food packages have started to thaw. For whatever reason, that was more of an issue with the chicken based product and not the beef products. Other than that it is a great quality product that my dog loves. Thank you.

my pup is loving the food and she is finicky.. Hoping we see improvement in her health. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the package arrived on a very hot day damaged and sat in the sun for several hours before I got an email it was here...

My dog likes the food. I think it is better for him. I don't like the packaging.

Love the product and my dog does too. However for someone used to speedy deliveries from Chewy, it took a long time to arrive. Maybe that's why my first order arrived with one tray cracked and partially thawed. Another tray was dented and softening but not cracked. Thankfully we were home when the box was delivered and immediately retrieved the food. I worry about future deliveries sitting around somewhere thawing out.

My dog loves the fire diet. He has digestive issues and he has been doing great since we started him! Since my dog is <5lbs, we actually needed less than the recommended servings. May be good to narrow down the amounts for smaller dogs a bit more precisely. However, we contacted Dr. Bohrer and she was very helpful.

This is our second order from ChiDog. We began by receiving a Christmas gift from our daughter for our little dog. He is 16+ years old, hasn’t many teeth remaining and has become a picky eater. He loves ChiDog foods, so far. We still aren’t sure which food is his favorite, so we continued with the sample pack. Our last order had one pack that when thawed in the fridge, leaked liquid all over from a small slit in the package. It almost looked like the seams weren’t sealed far enough into the packaging. Other than that, we are satisfied with the products. Thanks for asking.
