Please note that we have 4 other diets besides the one your dog tried, so it may simply be a matter of switching to something different. Hi Ronald, thank you for the feedback. We are very sorry about the experience you had. Kindly note, we literally had your order pulled from the FedEx truck to avoid any inconvenience an unwanted delivery may have caused. We emailed you shortly thereafter with an apology and a refund confirmation. Even if the food was delivered, you would have been refunded either way. Additionally, having spoken with you by phone after the mishap, you assured us that all was well. Again, our apologies and thank you for giving Chi Dog a try.
